The high-chromium alloy blades are the core rotating components of the centrifugal hammering machine's hammering unit. Under an ultra-high speed of up to 2500-3000 revolutions per minute, the blades endure tremendous friction and impact from the steel balls. Our blades are specially designed for extreme wear conditions. By optimizing the alloy composition ratio, a perfect balance between hardness and toughness is achieved, making them an ideal choice for enhancing hammering efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.

Ultra-Wear Resistance: Utilizing a high content of chromium (Cr), the formed hard carbide structure can effectively resist the high-speed erosion of steel balls and steel wire cutters, extending the service life by 5-8 times compared to ordinary carbon steel parts.

Dynamic Balance: Each set of blades undergoes precise weighing and matching before leaving the factory, ensuring minimal vibration of the entire machine during high-speed rotation and effectively preventing damage to the main shaft and motor shaft of the centrifugal hammer.

Vacuum Casting Process: The internal structure is tight, without air holes, sand eyes, or micro cracks, preventing breakage and fragmentation during use.

Optimized Heat Treatment: Using an overall quenching process, ensuring consistent hardness from the surface to the core, even when worn to the later stage, the cleaning performance remains stable.
