Product Introduction

HTF overhead monorail shot blasting machine cleaning large castings in the blast chamber

The HTF series is an overhead monorail shot blasting solution for foundries that need to clean medium to large castings and other heavy workpieces.Unlike conventional tumble-type blasting systems, the overhead monorail configuration transports individual workpieces on hooks through the blast chamber. The workpiece can rotate during blasting, allowing different surfaces to be exposed to the abrasive stream.The system can be configured with multiple blast wheels and an abrasive recovery system according to the required blast coverage, workpiece geometry and production requirements.

Overhead Monorail Handling

Workpieces hang individually and travel through the chamber, safely handling large, heavy, or complex castings up to 1,500 mm swing diameter and 2,100 mm hook height.

360° Rotation, No Dead Corners

Workpieces rotate during blasting, exposing recesses and irregular geometries to the abrasive stream for consistent, thorough cleaning.

Configurable Blast Power

Equipped with 2-9centrifugal blast wheels at 15-37 kW each, matched to your workpiece size and cleaning requirements.

Abrasive Recovery & Recycling

Reusable media is collected and returned to the blast cycle, cutting media consumption and manual handling of spent abrasive.

Batch or Continuous Operation

Configured for batch production or integrated into a continuous line to match your production volume and material flow.

Chamber, blast wheels, and handling are configured to your part size, weight, volume, and factory space, with engineering support throughout.

Load the Workpiece

The casting is loaded onto the overhead hook or handling system.

Transfer into the Blast Chamber

The overhead monorail transports the workpiece into the blasting chamber according to the configured production process.

Rotate the Workpiece

The workpiece rotates during blasting to expose different surfaces to the abrasive stream.

Blast with Multiple Wheels

Centrifugal blast wheels accelerate abrasive media toward the casting surface to remove residual sand and other surface contaminants.

Recover the Abrasive

Used abrasive is collected, separated, and returned to the abrasive circulation system for continued operation.

Unload the Cleaned Casting

After the programmed blasting cycle, the workpiece exits the blast chamber and is transferred to the unloading position or the next production process.
