The abrasive blasting machine drive disc (also known as the impeller connection disc or the main shaft disc) is a key component for power transmission in the abrasive blasting unit. Compared to ordinary cast steel parts, its torsional strength and fatigue limit increase by more than 30%, completely eliminating the risk of cracking under high-speed operation. CNC precision machining: The shaft holes and end faces are machined in one go using a CNC lathe to ensure that the verticality and coaxiality tolerances are controlled at the micron level, making installation smoother and operation quieter. Standard compatibility: A wide range of specifications are available, perfectly compatible with mainstream abrasive blasting machine models both domestically and internationally, and supports custom non-standard sizes based on drawings.
