Working Principle

In the DTF wheel blast machine, castings are continuously cleaned during an uninterrupted feeding process. The workpieces tumble in various directions within an oscillating chamber, ensuring all surfaces are impacted by the abrasive stream.

The polygon-shaped trough provides complete exposure of all casting surfaces to the blast stream while ensuring gentle and uniform tumbling throughout the process.
