1. Specialized high-chromium alloy formula (Cr20/Cr28):

It is refined using a vacuum induction furnace, with precise control over the carbon and chromium ratios. Compared to ordinary blades, its wear resistance is enhanced by approximately 30% - 50%, effectively reducing the secondary pollution of metal powder shedding on the surface of the aluminum alloy.

2. Aerospace-level dynamic balance accuracy:

Each blade has undergone high-precision electronic dynamic balance testing, with extremely small weight deviation. This ensures that the centrifugal hammer has no vibration during high-speed operation (2500-3500 rpm), protecting the main shaft motor, and maintaining the uniformity of the ejection fan surface.

3. Adaptation to variable frequency speed regulation process:

Given the characteristic that aluminum alloy thin-walled parts are prone to deformation, the blade flow channels have been optimized through fluid mechanics. During variable frequency low-speed ejection, a stable ejection trajectory can still be maintained, ensuring that the deburring is thorough without damaging the substrate.

4. Surface precision polishing treatment:

Before leaving the factory, the surface is finely ground to reduce the friction loss of the abrasive materials (aluminum beads, stainless steel beads) in the flow channel. The pellet ejection speed becomes more stable, and the surface of the aluminum part presents a consistent matte metallic texture.
