This project involved the design and installation of a specialized industrial ventilation system for the core and shell mold line at Yantai Moon's foundry facility. The primary objective was to effectively capture high-temperature fumes and particulate generated during the molding process, ensuring stringent environmental compliance and a safer workplace.

Challenge & Solution

The core challenge was capturing pollutants at the source from a complex production line with multiple emission points. Our solution utilized targeted capture hoods placed strategically to extract fumes and dust directly where they are generated. The system integrates high-efficiency particulate filtration with dedicated VOC treatment technology, providing a comprehensive air cleaning solution that handles both dust and gaseous emissions.
